Yeshika Malik is a Climate Change Specialist at the World Bank, focusing on climate policy, finance, and modelling in the South Asia Region. Since 2018, she has contributed to advancing the World Bank's climate work in India through initiatives on adaptation, mitigation, carbon markets, and climate modelling. With over a decade of experience in policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and the development of innovative financial instruments, she works to support climate-resilient development and informed decision-making. She holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, bringing a strong analytical foundation to her work in building resilience, fostering low-carbon growth, and strengthening climate-informed development pathways.
